Elements: Volume 2

The Elements: V2 eBook is a 70-page guide to 2D digital painting and can be followed in most software packages that support paintbrushes and layers. In the second volume of this series, we cover topics such as painting rocks and stone, skies, skin, trees and water.
Chapter 1 - Rock and Stone
In the first chapter of this eBook, Richard Tilbury looks at how to create a rock face whilst Vinegar talks about creating a scene using these elements.
Chapter 2 - Sky
AquaSixio and Richard Tilbury feature in the second chapter, where they both cover painting skies.
Chapter 3 - Skin
In the third chapter, Richard Tilbury and Emrah Elmasli cover different approaches to painting Skin. Richard shows how he goes about creating skin and Emrah shows us how he paints realistic skin.
Chapter 4 - Trees
Chris Thunig and Richard Tilbury continue on with the Elements series in this chapter, where they look at different approaches to painting trees. Chris shows us how he creates trees by building up from a pencil drawing, while Rich attempts an outlining approach to painting trees.
Chapter 5 - Water
In the final chapter of this eBook, Richard Tilbury and Don Seegmiller cover painting water. While Richard concentrates on creating a calm sea, Don talks about how he painted the water in his Waterfall scene.
