Microelectronics

The primary objective of this book—as it was for the previous edition—is to serve as the text in modern electronics courses for electrical engineering, computer engineering, and computer science students. Our approach is to stress the fundamental concepts that underlie the physical operation, analysis, and design of integrated circuits and systems.
